Terms and Conditions

1. Payment: Commissions/custom orders GPB (£) are processed through the website using PayPal, full payment is taken at checkout. Commissions are non refundable once started.

2. Delivery: Commissions are to be completed approximately 7-14 days, to be confirmed prior to commencing. Digital items will be sent via email and available to download after payment. Physical items are to be dispatched after completion. Shipping fees should be displayed at checkout.

3. Revisions: Buyer is entitled to one free revision. A charge of £5 will then be added to any further revisions. 

4. Refunds: Digital items cannot be refunded. Physical items can be refunded provided there is good reasoning for complaint. For example, damaged orders or incorrect item or address. Refunds issued within as soon as possible after submitted complaint. Please do get in touch within 1 week of receiving your order if there are any issues. I have the right to decline a commission if  it is deemed an inappropriate enquiry by me.

5. Usage: For personal use only, must consult me for commercial use. You may, if you wish, view, download or print my work for personal and non commercial use. Any work published here was created by myself and cannot be republished/modified in any way unless approved by the creator. I condemn the use of my creations to train Artificial Intelligence.
